Cancellation Policy

​We at Delicious Detailing understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule appointments. We are committed to providing the best service to our customers while also maintaining a fair and reasonable cancellation policy. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy outlined below:

 

1. Cancellation Window:

Customers are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers in need of our services.

 

2. Cancellation Fees:

a. Cancellations or rescheduling made within the 24-hour window before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

b. No-shows (failure to appear for the scheduled appointment without prior notice) will be charged the full service amount.

 

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, customers can contact us by phone at 07704521775 or by email at deliciousdetailinguk@gmail.com. Please provide your name, appointment date, and time along with your request. We will confirm the cancellation or reschedule via email or phone.

 

4. Exceptions:

In cases of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond the customer's control, we may waive the cancellation fee. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be understanding and accommodating whenever possible.

 

5. Refunds:

Cancellation fees will be deducted from any pre-paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise requested by the customer.

 

6. Late Arrivals:

If a customer arrives late for their scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to provide the best service within the remaining time. However, the appointment end time will remain as scheduled, and the full service fee will be charged.

 

7. Multiple Appointments:

For customers with multiple appointments on the same day, the cancellation policy applies individually to each appointment.

 

8. Changes by Delicious Detailing

We reserve the right to modify or update our cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to our customers through our website, email, or phone.
